게 원하다

want it a certain way

원하다 is wanting something, more deliberate and more formal than the casual 싶다, and what is wanted is a noun. The -게 slot supplies the manner: 간절하게 (desperately), 애타게 (achingly), 강하게 (badly), 느긋하게 (at your leisure). That is why 원하는 것 and 원하는 만큼 — 'the thing you want', 'as much as you want' — keep appearing in these lines.
