고 밝히다

밝히다 means putting something on the record — stating a position or making a fact known. Four of the five lines here are only the bare fragment 라고 밝혔어요 / 라고 밝혔는데 / 라고 밝혔다고 하죠 / 라고 밝힐 수가 있는, which shows the verb attributing a statement but gives no surrounding context. The fifth uses the passive for facts that have come to light: 그런 거 다 빼고 밝혀진 것만. Because the lines are all fragments and the ending they actually show is -라고 rather than a plain -고, we cannot pin down what this pairing does beyond the verb's own meaning.
