들리다 is a sound arriving at your ears rather than you listening for it: 익숙하지 않은 소리가 '딱' 하고 들리면!, 이렇게 웅~ 하고 들리니까. Notice the shape "noise + 하고 들리다" in those lines — that is how Korean attaches a sound word to the hearing. The 들려주다 / 들려드리다 form flips it round to playing something for the listener: 아직 연습은 안 돼 있고 들려드릴게요~, 내가 나다운 걸 보여주고 들려줄 수 있는 게. 듣다 is deliberate listening; 들리다 is what reaches you anyway.
