고 도와주다

도와주다 is the ordinary way to say helping someone — 돕다 with 주다 added, marking that the help is done for their sake. -고 strings it into a list of other kindnesses, which is how it nearly always appears here: 배려해주고 도와주고, 안내해주고 도와주고 추천해주고, 저를 계속 이끌어 주고 도와줘서. The point of the run is to describe a whole atmosphere of people looking after each other.
