고 그리다

draw after doing something first

The -고 just chains a preceding action to 그리다 "draw," and what that action is carries the meaning: 보고 그리다 "draw from looking at it" (영국에 왔을 때 보고 그린), 알고 그리다 "draw knowing what it is" (너 뭉크 절규 이거 뭔지 알고 그린 거야?), 빼고 그리다 "leave it out when you draw" (이렇게 빼고 그리면 됩니다). One line is not the pattern at all — 확진자가 나오고 그리고서는 uses 그리고 the conjunction "and then," which happens to look identical. There is no special idiom here beyond the ordinary chaining.
