고 적다

write it down, note it

적다 is writing something down so it is kept — in a phone memo, on a form, on a note. It usually comes as 적어두다 or 적어놓다, jot it down and leave it there. Half the lines here are -라고 적다, 'wrote it as this', quoting the exact wording someone put down. Note that 적다 is also a completely separate adjective meaning 'few'.
