고 즐기다

즐기다 is actively enjoying yourself in the moment, not merely liking something — that is 좋아하다. 즐기는 게 보이다 "you can see they're enjoying it" turns up twice here as a compliment to a performer: 춤추는 걸 좋아하고 즐기는 게 한눈에 보여서. The -고 clause is what the enjoyment is paired with: 만들고 즐기는 문화 "the culture around making and enjoying it", 나누고 즐기려고 "to share it and enjoy it together".
