steam it; or slang genuine
Two different things share this sound. The verb 찌다 is steaming food, which is what the cooking lines mean when they list boiling, steaming and frying as options. The other, more common in these lines, is the slang 찐, short for the word meaning real, used as a tag before a noun: his actual personal card, a genuinely rural teahouse, a real member of the fan circle, the real game starting. If it sits in front of a noun rather than governing food, it is the slang.
