끌다 is pulling or dragging rather than pushing — 밀고 가지 말고 끌고 가라고 그랬죠? (I said pull it, don't push it). 끌고 가다 is hauling something or someone along, and 멱살 잡고 끌고 간다 (grab them by the collar and drag them) is current slang for one person carrying a whole team. 끌어오다 and 끌어내다 are pulling something in or out.
