This is not one construction, so we will not pretend it is. In six of these lines 맞아요 'that's right' is simply a separate agreement dropped after a clause that happened to end in -고: 작고 맞아요, 진짜 가벼워요 'it's small — right — and really light'. The other two use a different verb 맞다 altogether, 'get hit': 여기 다 치고 맞습니다 'we hit and get hit'. Read 맞다 from the surrounding turn, not from this pairing.
