설레다 is the fluttery anticipation you feel before something good, with no single English word for it, and it almost always comes chained to another feeling. In these lines it is paired with being happy, being nervous, having your heart pound, looking forward to a taste, and not knowing what is coming. Note that it can sit right next to nerves without contradiction, since the flutter covers both.
