고 튀다

튀다 is slang for legging it, doing a runner. The -고 clause names what you take with you or what you did first: 돈 들고 튀는 거 아니야? (he's going to run off with the money, isn't he?), 업고 튀다 (carry someone on your back and run for it), 사고 내고 튄 거라고 (caused the crash and fled the scene). It is blunt and informal — not a word for a police report.
