-지만 concedes a limitation and 나오다 says the thing appears anyway: 잠깐이지만 나와요, 순간적이지만 나올 거다 라고 나온 게, 확률이지만 나올 수도 있죠. It also concedes a difficulty before naming the upside: 후면주차는 할 때는 어렵지만 나올 때가 편해요, 어, 부끄럽지만 나올 결심을 하셨군요?. The lines here are mostly explanatory — someone qualifying a claim as they make it.
