죠 그러다

"…, right?" — and then

The soft polite ending -죠 ("…, right?", or "yes, that's so") followed by some form of 그러다. One line is clearly quoting: 저야 너무 감사하죠 그러던데, "I'd be so grateful," he said. In the rest, 그러면, 그러다가, 그러다 보니까 and 그러면서 are just connectors meaning "then" or "and as a result of that" — right, right, so let's run through these three stories; food takes up a lot of it, and as a result… All of it is ordinary conversational speech.
