"-(으)ㄹ 데" is "a place to do it" and 있다 says one exists: do you have anywhere to sleep, there's somewhere to get out of the way on the left, we do have somewhere to go, there'll be one space to park somewhere, something to hold on to. 데 here is a spot or an occasion, not a building. Note the frozen word 쓸데있다 "be useful" — literally "there's somewhere to use it" — which two lines use, including the caption 알아두면 쓸데있는, "handy to know".
