say 'I'll do it'

-(으)ㄹ게 is the ending you use to commit to doing something for the person you're talking to, and putting 하다 after it quotes that promise: 내가 사줄게 해 가지고 딱 사줬는데 'he said I'll buy it for you, and then he did', 갔다 올게 하고 'saying I'm off, then leaving'. 하다 here means 'say', not 'do' — this is spoken Korean quoting without the 라고 that writing would use.
