ㄹ게요 하다

said 'I'll just go and...'

-ㄹ게요 is the polite way to announce what you are about to do, as a commitment to the person you are speaking to, and the 하다 after it means 'said'. So these lines quote somebody's parting line: 화장실 좀 다녀올게요 하고 그냥, 'said I'm off to the loo and just went'. Most of them are excuses for slipping away. Compare -ㄹ 거예요, which reports a plan without promising the listener anything.
