Most of these lines are the past 줄 몰랐다, reporting surprise at how something turned out: 음악이 이렇게 신날 줄 몰랐어요 'I had no idea music could be this exciting', 비가 올 줄 몰랐는데. In the present it says someone does not know how to do a thing, or will not stop — [멈출 줄 모르는 Jeeno], 'Jeeno, who doesn't know how to stop.' It is the mirror of 는 줄 알다: that one is a belief you held and got wrong, this one a possibility that never occurred to you.
