-(으)ㄹ래 is the casual ending for announcing your own intention or asking someone else's, and 하다 after it quotes it without any 라고: 나도 다닐래 해서 (I said 'I want to go too', so...), 옷 사러 갈래 했는데. Pairing it with the negative gives 할래 말래 — 'are you going to or not?'. Note that -(으)ㄹ래 is too casual to use toward elders or strangers.
