This is not a Korean construction; it is a slice of the English loanword 모먼트, "moment". Seven of these lines use 모먼트 as a noun for a memorable bit — 아이돌 모먼트, 공감 모먼트 "a relatable moment" — borrowed for the flavour English gives it, livelier than the native 순간. The remaining line is a different accident: 리플레이스먼트, 트리트먼트, where -먼트 is just the tail end of other borrowed words. Nothing here establishes a meaning for the heading itself.
Register: casual, entertainment and youth speech
