when X, you learn it
A conditional "-(으)면" plus 배우다 "learn". It says learning follows once some condition is met: when the choreography draft arrives we have to learn it, books students could learn from once they got to school, that's covered if you move up to the advanced level, teach me a trick and I'll learn it. Two lines use the doubled shape -(으)면 -(으)ㄹ수록 or a repeat of the verb, meaning the more you learn the more there is — 배워보면 배워볼수록, the more I studied it the more it turned out to be maths.
