Mostly the ordinary conditional 면 'if / when' sitting in front of 가다: 뽑히면 가고 아니면 못 가는 건데 'you go if you get picked', 해가 지면 가는 거야? Worth learning separately is 가면 갈수록, which appears twice here and means 'the further it goes, the more...' — 가면 갈수록 버거 패티가 점점 커지더라고요 'the further in you get, the bigger the patties.' That doubled shape works with any verb, not just 가다.
