면 하다

if ..., then do it

In these lines this is nothing more than the ordinary conditional 면 'if / when' landing in front of the plain verb 하다 'do': 그 정도면 할 수 있을 것 같아 'if it's only that much, I think I can do it', 조개구이집 가면 해주는 거 아니야? All eight lines work that way, so there is no extra meaning to learn. Do not read it as 으면 하다 'I wish', which needs a past-tense ending before 면 — 해 줬으면 해요, not 하면 해요.
