get told off if you do that

혼나다 is being scolded by someone with authority over you — a parent, a boss, a senior member — not formally punished. With -(으)면 it spells out what will get you in trouble: 너 넘어가면 혼나! 'you'll get it if you go past that', 왜냐하면 안 그러면 혼나요 'because otherwise I get told off'. Three of these lines are about talking too much: 더 얘기하면 혼날 것 같지만 'I'd probably get in trouble if I said more'. The other side of it is 혼내다, to do the scolding.
