The conditional -(으)면 plus 있다 'exist, be there' says where something can be found, conditional on going or looking: 이거 하늘에 보면 있는데 'you'll see it if you look at the sky', 집 바로 앞에 나가면 있는 공원 'a park right out the front door'. It is also how people hedge about their own memory or possessions: 잘 생각해보면 있을 것 같기도 하고 'if I really think about it, maybe I do have one'.
