면 졸리다

X makes you sleepy

A conditional "-(으)면" plus 졸리다, "feel sleepy". Every line is a trigger and its effect: I get sleepy by nine or ten, you get sleepy after lunch, I'm sleepy the moment I get in a car, they say a blood sugar spike makes you drowsy, if it's too slow you get sleepy. 졸리다 is the feeling of being sleepy, not the act of sleeping — for that you want 자다 — and it is used about a state coming over you rather than something you do.
