-(으)면 is the 'if / when' conditional and 주다 is giving, so together they spell out what you get and on what terms: 3회 되면 주죠 'you get one on your third visit', 이기면 주고 'if he wins, he gets it'. It is the everyday way to state a rule about a reward, a freebie or a favour, and most of these lines are questions checking whether that rule holds — 선택하면 주는 거야? 'do we actually get it if we choose?'
