-(으)면 sets the condition under which something gets made: 한 번씩 생각나면 만들어요 (I make it now and again when it occurs to me), 이 에피소드 좋아하시면 만들어보도록 하겠습니다 (if you like this episode I'll make another). It works for food, for videos and for things generally. 만들어내다 in one line is stronger — inventing something that wasn't there.
