맞다 here mostly means 'be correct', and the conditional in front frames the angle from which it's correct: 어떻게 보면 맞아요 'in a way, that's true', 그렇지 생각해보면 맞아 'yes, thinking about it, that's right'. It also means fitting: 이건 노력하면 맞죠? 충분히 사이즈가? 'this will fit if I try hard, right?'. One line uses the unrelated 맞다 'get hit': 반칙하면 맞아! 'cheat and you get whacked!'.
