면 내려오다

come down when X happens

내려오다 is coming down toward the speaker — down a mountain (너무 식사를 하게 되면 내려올 때, 하산할 때) or out of wherever you are perched (야 그 따위로 할 거면 내려와!). It also means stepping down from a position: 이번 선거에서 지면 내려오겠다, 나 4년 하면 내려와. And decisions can come down from above: 여기서 결정되면 내려오는 탑다운. Use 내려가다 when the movement goes away from the speaker instead.
