면 남다

you end up with leftovers

남다 is being left over, and -(으)면 gives the condition. Two flavours appear here. Food left uncleared: 혼자 살면 재료도 한 끼분만 이렇게 요리하면 남죠 (cook even one portion and you'll have leftovers). And money left after costs — 남는 게 있나? / 남는 게 있으시나? is the ordinary way to ask whether there is any margin in something once expenses are taken out.
