The frame [noun] 하면 생각나는 ___ means 'the ___ that springs to mind at the mention of [noun]': 중학교 하면 생각나는 게 흑역사 'what middle school brings to mind is my cringe years', 빙수 하면 생각나는 그 디저트 'the dessert people picture when they think of bingsu'.
