Only one or two lines here actually show the conditional -(으)면 with 살다 'live': 아파트가 아니면 살기가 좀 힘들 수가 있어요 'it can be hard to live somewhere that isn't an apartment'. Several others are the different verb 사다 'buy', whose form 살 is spelled identically — 커피 하나 걸어 나가면 살 수 있는데 'you can buy a coffee just by walking out front'. In two more, 살면서 'over the course of life' follows the fixed words 아니면 and 웬만하면 rather than a real condition.
