면서 일어나다

get up doing or feeling X

The 면서 clause attaches the state you are in as you get up: groaning that your body is breaking apart, drooling, waking with a start, waking with a runny nose. Two of these lines use the other sense of 일어나다, to happen, once for spending that is going on and once for things that happened during drinking games. If you are unsure, check whether a person is the subject, which gives getting up, or an event, which gives occurring.
