drink while doing something else

-(으)면서 runs another action alongside the drinking. Several lines are instructions about how to drink for the camera or the game: 캬- 하면서 마셔야 된다, 'you have to do the satisfied gasp while you drink', 이런 모습 살짝 보여주면서 마셔주시면. Others just set the circumstance — 촬영하면서 마시는 커피가 점점 늘어나는데, 'the coffees I drink while filming keep piling up'.
