Two things at once, with eating as the main one: 휴대폰으로 뉴스를 보면서 먹어요 'you eat while checking the news on your phone', 저기 촬영 좀 하면서 먹어도 될까요? 'may we film while we eat here?' It also describes the state you eat in — 행복해하면서 먹었던 거고, 숨도 좀 쉬어가면서 먹어요 'eat and remember to breathe.' One line uses a different frame, 살면서, meaning 'in my whole life': 매운 사탕은 처음 살면서 먹어봐요.
