면 터지다

if X, it blows up

A conditional "-(으)면" plus 터지다 "burst". Literally: it'll burst in the microwave, so soft you're afraid it'll pop in your hand. Figuratively it goes two ways. One is a hit — 터지다 is the word for something blowing up in popularity: wouldn't it go viral, that show would be a smash right now. The other is trouble breaking out: every time Russia goes to war somewhere it kicks off, bottle it up long enough and it's bound to blow.
