-(으)며 links a way of living to 살다, describing the shape of a whole life rather than a single moment: 즐기며 삽시다 (let's live enjoying it), 매일 행복을 더하며 살자, 축구에 빠지며 살고 있어요. It is the tighter, more literary twin of -(으)면서, which is why it turns up in slogans, mottos and captions like these rather than in ordinary chat.
