let me offer one question
드리다 is the humble word for giving, used when the person receiving outranks you, and 하나 "one" keeps the offer modest. Every line here is a host or guest politely announcing what they are about to say: Notice that in Korean you can "give" a question or a story, not only an object. Plain 주다 would be the neutral version; 드리다 raises the listener.
