I take the view that

보다 here is 'regard, judge', so this states a considered opinion rather than a passing thought: 그래서 저는 CNN은 반드시 매각돼야 한다고 봅니다, 맞아요, 저도 이건 타고난다고 봅니다 'I think it's innate.' It sounds firmer and more deliberate than 생각하다. Three lines use the ready-made 다고 보면 되다, 'you can basically take it that' — 일단 365일 중에 364일 쓴다고 보면 돼요, which offers a good-enough approximation.
