네 그러다

two different things spelled alike

The lines here do not settle on one meaning. In some, 네 is the word "yes" and 그러다 is "do/say so," making a polite acknowledgement of what the other person said: 네 그러셨구나 괜찮아요, 네 그러시군요. In others, -네 is the ending on a remark and 그러다 quotes it, meaning "they went, '…'": 33도네 그러시고 계시더라고요, 대박이네, 아니네 그러는데. Both readings are ordinary casual speech, but since they are unrelated we would rather say that than pick one.
