는 분 계시다

Is there anyone here who…?

계시다 is the honorific of 있다, used about people you're being respectful to, and 분 is the polite word for 'person'. Together they are the standard way to poll an audience: 감자튀김 싫어하시는 분 계신가요? 'is there anyone here who doesn't like fries?', 혹시나 프랑스 살고 계시는 분 계신가요? 'anyone here living in France?'. It also anticipates what the audience is thinking: 이렇게 생각하시는 분 계실 겁니다 'some of you will be thinking this'. Note the honorific -시- inside the describing clause as well.
