는다고 보다

take it that X; reckon X

Here 보다 is judging rather than seeing, so the phrase reports how you assess something: reckon on walking at least twenty-five thousand steps a day, take it that they eat things others do not, you would have to assume I will get soaked, you could say they are not listening. Four of these lines use the polite form telling the audience they can take it as such, which is a presenter giving a rule of thumb.
