는 데 없다

is there nowhere that does?

데 means a place, so -는 데 없어요? asks whether any such place exists: 여기 저기 아침 식사하는 데 없죠?, 고기국수 있는 데 없나?. It stretches from places to organisations — 아마추어 야구팀 지금 나가는 데 없어요? is asking whether you play for any team, and AI 개발 안 하는 데 없잖아요 means there is no company that isn't doing it. Careful: -는데 written as one word is the unrelated "although" ending, and a couple of lines here are that instead (그런 법이 명백하게 있는데 없다고 판결했네?).
