는 데 하다

The printed lines do not settle on one meaning. In most of them the 는데 ending sets up background and 하다 is quoting what someone says or thinks, as in saying there is not any when there is not, or the things you think when someone did not need to say that much. In two others, 데 is the noun for place and what follows is the particle for with, giving join hands with somewhere that has power. Those are unrelated, so treat each line on its own rather than looking for one construction.
