-는데 sets up "we did X, and yet," and 지다 means to lose a contest. Every line here is about losing something — a boss fight, a match, a court case (라고 법원까지 갔는데 졌어요) — with the -는데 clause naming the effort that went to waste (무릎 키스까지 했는데 졌다...!). One favourite caption inverts it: [분명 이겼는데 진 기분], "we clearly won but it feels like a loss." 지다 has other senses in Korean, but not in any of these lines.
