는 데 좋다

"-는 데" here means "for the purpose of doing it" and 좋다 says it works well for that: a pose that's good for getting the swelling out, beef and chicken are good for boosting immunity, it's good for a hangover, a good trick for living a healthy life. Watch the spelling trap: several lines here are actually the separate ending "-는데", meaning "and, but" — this is my first time using it and it's good; personally I think so, and it's fine. The space is the only thing distinguishing them in writing.
