는가 보다

I guess it's ~

-는가 보다 draws a conclusion from what you can see, with no inside knowledge: 돈 내는가 봐 (looks like you have to pay), 사람들이 앤티 앤을 사먹는가봐 (I guess that's why people buy Auntie Anne's), 타고났는가 보다 (must be a natural). The near neighbour -나 보다 means the same and is heard more often; -는가 보다 sounds a shade more reflective, like working it out aloud.
