는 거 괜찮다

are you okay with ~ing?

An action is packaged as -는 거 and 괜찮다 asks whether it is acceptable — or states that it is a good idea, since 괜찮다 means both. Asking permission is the commonest use here: 같이 나눠 먹는 거 괜찮으세요? (are you all right sharing?), 고기 한꺼번에 넣는 거 괜찮으시죠?. The same shape also recommends: 서서 김장하는 거 괜찮더라고요 (doing it standing turned out to work well).
