-는 거 turns a description into "the kind of thing that…," and 나오다 is it turning up — on screen, on the table, in a quiz: 아침에 내가 또 좋~아하는 거 나오네, 하!필 모르는 거 나왔어 하!필!, 또 앞으로 제가 봤던 드라마나 영화 중에 재밌는 거 나오면.
